Concha Colomer Symposium 2024

The Concha Colomer symposium is traditionally the first day of the ETC-Summer Course. We have now introduced a shorter summer school format – Part 1 – January 2024, 1-day online or in-person Concha Colomer Symposium; Part 2 July 2024 – Distance Learning followed by 1-week attendance. During this one-day event participants will hear talks from academics, policy makers and practitioners in health promotion and public health, combined with opportunities to critically examine the theme “Live-able Cities” –  and how this connects important global health challenges such as sustainable development goals, the original WHO Healthy Cities movement and current developments around cities as generators of health.

The symposium will have an interactive format for those attending in person and with a parallel programme running online. We welcome new participants and also ETC alumni.

Participation in-person at the symposium, including lunch is 50€ or for those who connect online it is 10€.

Immerse yourself in a vibrant atmosphere filled with knowledge-sharing, networking, and inspiration. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and expand your horizons. Mark your calendars and get ready for an unforgettable experience at the 12th Concha Colomer Symposium!
